I’m Just Mad About Saffron

A little down in the dumps? I understand, winter is lingering on and many people have colds or the flu. The news is depressing as always so where are we to turn for relief. Well according to the folks at there are at least 5 foods you can use to boost your mood naturally. They include dark chocolate, healthy carbs, fruits and vegetables, fish and saffron.
